Priya Patel, Owner & Dentist

Dr. Priya Patel was born and raised in Leeds, U.K. With the tremendous support of her parents, she was able to attend one of the best schools in England. Her family emigrated to America to follow their passion for business.

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. After being in private practice for 8 years, she decided to open her own practice in order to pursue her dream.

Dr. Patel truly enjoys treating entire families. Her vast knowledge and experience in the medical field has defined her vision to be a well-rounded practitioner. Her goal is to work closely with her team to improve her patients’ smiles, oral health and their general well-being.

During her spare time, she enjoys kickboxing, swimming, and hiking with her husband.

Her husband, Kunal, is a local who grew up in Hatfield, PA. He joined the practice in April 2024. In his spare time he enjoys participating in ultramarathon races and has his own photography business. You will see beautiful artwork in our operating rooms!

Dr. Hibbat Malik, Dentist

Dr. Hibbat Malik earned her dental degree from Temple University in 2012 and has been practicing in the area ever since. She is known for her gentle approach and her ability to clearly explain procedures so that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident — never rushed or in the dark.

As a mom of two and a lifelong local, Dr. Malik has a deep appreciation for the trust families place in their dental team. She is passionate about making every visit — especially for younger patients — as stress-free and positive as possible.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Malik enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.

Amy Miller, Office Manager

Amy is the heart of Pennbrook Dentistry as our dedicated office manager. With over 10 years in the dental field, she is a true expert in making patients feel welcome and ensuring the office runs smoothly. She playfully refers to herself as a “dental geek,” always eager to learn about the latest advancements in dentistry, quirky dental facts, and technological innovations. Patients and staff alike appreciate her quick wit, especially when she throws in one of her signature dental jokes!

Anyone who has met Amy knows she is a Disney enthusiast and can talk about it for hours. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, playing all sorts of games, listening to music, singing, reading, watching movies, and even enjoying the thrill of car racing. A lifelong learner, she enjoys researching her many passions and sharing her discoveries with those around her.

Shari Nash, Hygienist

Shari is a dedicated hygienist at Pennbrook Dentistry who is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Born and raised near Wilkes Barre, PA, she earned her BS in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in Southern California. She gained valuable experience working in Palm Springs and Hemet, CA, before moving back to Pennsylvania to marry the love of her life, Randy. They have been happily married for 34 years and have two grown children.

In addition to her love for dentistry, Shari is deeply involved in music as the music director and organist at her local church. She also has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys birdwatching, gardening, camping, biking, and taking peaceful walks in any season. Shari finds great joy in her profession and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal oral health in a caring and supportive environment.

Alka Patel, Hygienist

Alka is a dedicated hygienist at Pennbrook Dentistry, specializing in periodontal disease. Originally from Gujarat, India, she was trained as a hygienist in Brooklyn, NY, where she developed her expertise in treating patients with gum disease and helping them achieve better oral health. She is passionate about patient education and stays up to date with advancements in the field to provide the best care possible.

Beyond her work, Alka is a fantastic cook who loves preparing meals for her family and friends. She also enjoys practicing yoga on the weekends, finding balance and relaxation through mindfulness and movement.

Candace Lewis, Hygienist

Candace is a dental hygiene professional with more than 18 years of experience in the dental field. Her career began in dental assisting before transitioning to dental hygiene, and her experience has since expanded to include dental hygiene education and program leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and an MBA in Healthcare Management and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Candace enjoys educating her patients and empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to feel confident about their oral health. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, being outdoors, cheering on her favorite soccer team, and discovering great food.

Michelle Rosenfeld, Assistant (EFDA)

Michelle is a skilled and compassionate dental assistant at Pennbrook Dentistry. Raised in Philadelphia and Montgomery County, she has been in the dental field since 2006. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care while being an integral part of enhancing their smiles. Always eager to grow in her profession, Michelle continuously hones her skills and welcomes new challenges with enthusiasm.

Outside the office, Michelle loves spending time at the beach with her friends and family, soaking in the sun and sea. She is also an experienced cook who enjoys experimenting with new recipes and sharing her culinary creations

Paige Gibbons, Assistant

Paige is a dedicated and bright dental assistant at Pennbrook Dentistry. A Plymouth Meeting native, she recently returned home following four years in Washington, D.C., where she graduated from The Catholic University of America with a degree in biology (pre-dental track) and a minor in psychology. Currently completing a gap year to gain hands-on clinical experience before entering dental school, Paige is a natural problem-solver who thrives on mastering new skills. She is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, valued, and confident in their smile.

Outside the practice, Paige’s energy shifts to the volleyball court, where she draws on her experience as a former collegiate athlete to play and coach. On Thursday nights, you can usually find her teaming up with her family for local bar trivia.
